21tenlearning LLC worked with Retailademy, the first of its kind start up company in the Retail training industry. Retailademy has been built by experienced retail practitioners who collectively have over 500 years of retail knowledge and experience.

21tenlearning’s Stephen Cox was brought into the start up organisation as the Digital Chief learning Officer to develop the online learning journey strategy, develop content and put in place innovative structures and systems to ensure its success. This strategy took into account future of learning, UX and UI and technologies such as AI.
